EGGPLANT ROLATINI
Pre-browned, Italian breaded eggplant cutlets rolled and stuffed with ricotta and mozzarella cheese. This authentic Italian classic is always perfect for entertaining!

| (From frozen): Place 1/4 inch of sauce in baking pan, space rolatini one inch apart, drizzle lines of sauce on top and bake at 375° for approximately 40-45 minutes. Serve with sprigs of fresh parsley on top. |
