Cooking Instructions:
(From thawed): Rub with olive oil and season. Grill or saute 2-3 1/2 minutes per side for rare to medium-well.

Favorite Sunrise recipe: Put 1/2 inch of parmesan or romano cheese into ZiplocŪ sandwich bag. Add garlic and favorite seasoning. Gently shake until mix sticks to fish steak. Saute in skillet on low-medium with pat of butter for 2-3 1/2 minutes per side for rare to medium-well.
